Message Any time you can lower the friction encountered by a part that is rotating at
high speeds, you increase the efficiency of the mechanism. This also
means that the wear is reduced. Of course, this assumes everything works
properly, and ball bearings can be tricky if the oiling system is not designed
correctly. Essentially, you'll get a better performing, longer lasting turbo.
But in the real world, it might not make a big difference; it's all platform
dependent.
